I was kind of lazy this week. I dropped a few miles here and there on my weekday runs and then I missed my long run. I went to LA this weekend to visit some friends and planned to run 16 on Friday evening but after apartment hunting I was too hungry and tired to get up for it. At least I got a run in before I left on Saturday morning. I guess we’ll call this a recovery week with good workouts.
Monday – 90 minutes on the bike
Tuesday – 10mi w/5 Tempo (5:53, 5:55, 5:45, 5:45, 5:43)
Wednesday – 8mi @ 7:40
Thursday – 9mi with 6x1mi ~75sec recovery (5:36, 5:38, 5:38, 5:38, 5:37, 5:36)
Friday – 8mi recovery @ 7:41
Saturday – 12mi @ 7:15
Sunday – Off (Does a 3mi hike to the Hollywood sign count as crosstraining?)
Total: 47 miles.
